By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any program, course, community, mentorship, coaching, training, digital product, live class, or educational material provided by Olga Ward ("Company"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not purchase or access any products or services.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make every effort to accurately describe our programs, courses, memberships, coaching services, digital products, and educational materials.

All descriptions, pricing, bonuses, program structures, and availability are subject to change without notice.

The Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, update, or remove any product, service, feature, or bonus at any time.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS & PROGRAM ACCESS

All products sold are digital products, digital access, online education, coaching services, memberships, or community access.

No physical products will be shipped.

Access may be delivered through Systeme.io, Skool, Zoom, email, private communities, websites, downloadable materials, or other digital platforms.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital educational content and services.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is required before access is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service, suspend access, or terminate participation for unpaid balances.

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

The purchaser is responsible for any taxes, currency conversion fees, bank fees, financing fees, or payment processing fees charged by third parties.

PAYMENT PLANS

If a payment plan is offered, the purchaser agrees to complete all scheduled payments.

By selecting a payment plan, the purchaser is committing to the full program investment and not to individual monthly access.

Failure to participate, attend calls, access materials, complete assignments, use community support, or continue with the program does not cancel the remaining balance owed.

Missed or declined payments do not release the purchaser from the obligation to complete all remaining payments.

The Company reserves the right to suspend access to any course, community, membership, coaching, mentorship, live classes, recordings, or educational materials until payments are brought current.

All payment plan installments are non-refundable.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, coaching, mentorship, memberships, communities, educational programs, recordings, downloadable materials, and online training, all sales are final.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, transfers, or cancellations will be provided.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the program information and understand what is included before completing your purchase.

SKOOL COMMUNITY & MEMBERSHIP ACCESS

Certain programs may include access to a Skool community, membership, group coaching environment, or private educational community.

Community access is a privilege and may be revoked if a participant:

• Harasses other members

• Engages in abusive behavior

• Shares confidential information

• Violates intellectual property rights

• Promotes competing products or services without permission

• Engages in fraudulent, inappropriate, or disruptive conduct

Removal from the community does not entitle the participant to a refund.

LIVE CLASSES, COACHING & MENTORSHIP

Programs may include live coaching calls, mentorship sessions, Q&A sessions, workshops, reviews, audits, office hours, or educational events.

The Company reserves the right to modify scheduling, instructors, formats, content, or delivery methods when necessary.

Missed sessions are the responsibility of the participant.

No guarantees are made regarding availability outside scheduled support channels.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, videos, recordings, presentations, PDFs, worksheets, templates, downloads, frameworks, materials, coaching methods, training systems, and educational resources are the intellectual property of Olga Ward.

Content may not be:

• Copied

• Shared

• Distributed

• Republished

• Recorded

• Reproduced

• Resold

• Modified

• Used for commercial purposes

without prior written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

The Company provides educational information, coaching, mentorship, and training only.

We do not guarantee:

• Income

• Revenue

• Client growth

• Social media growth

• Bookings

• Business success

• Employment

• Certification

• Student enrollment

• Specific business outcomes

Any testimonials, case studies, examples, success stories, screenshots, earnings references, student achievements, or marketing examples are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as guarantees.
